Russian Doomsday Machine Ready Exploding


Jakarta-like science fiction, a device that could trigger a nuclear disaster ready to explode, if the U.S. attacked Russia.

Technology Dr Strangelove is not just fantasy. Resurrection Machine's Soviet cold war era, it is most likely real.

The results of interviews with former staff of the documentation department of defense of the Soviet Union, Nicholas Thompson, who is also a senior editor of Wired magazine and author of the book "History of the Cold War" says that the system was built 25 years ago to ensure that retaliation if Russia's nuclear attack by the U.S..

A complex system of sensors placed throughout Russia and is ready to be triggered. This program is designed to counter missiles launched in the U.S..

Some experts estimate that Russia could be behind the attacks killed more than a hundred million Americans.

And although the "iron curtain" was appointed more than a decade ago, many believed that the system of "the Hour" is never lost, according to Thompson.

"The Soviets really worried, the U.S. will attack with nuclear," he said. "The system is still there, as if he were sitting waiting for the Americans to attack. And the system is still in alert status."
